OVER A MONTH OF DEALING WITH **** SERVICE!!!!

After around 18 days of calling up SADV almost every single day and getting the same response that 'You're on the list. A technician is in your complex and will come sort out the problem before the end of the day'. EVERY TIME no one rocked up and no one followed up with us on the problem!! Then around 18 days after this problem started we were promised (For about the 20th time) someone was coming through and would be at our place at 2pm. At 3pm still no-one here and after calling for the hundredth time, we get told there is an outstanding amount to be paid and no one can come out to us before this amount is paid!!!! WHAT *** COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE FROM SADV. HOW WERE YOU NOT ABLE TO TELL ME THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THERE WAS AN AMOUNT OUTSTANDING??? AND WHY DID YOU KEEP PROMISING A TECHNICIAN WAS COMING TO US AND THAT WE'RE ON THE LIST IF THERE WAS CLEARLY NO INTENTION FROM YOU GUYS TO SORT OUT OUT PROBLEM!!!! I'VE NOW RACKED UP A CELLPHONE DATA BILL OF OVER R2 000.... AND BIG SURPRISE, EVERY EMAIL I SEND TO YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT IS NOT ANSWERED!!!! IT'S NOW BEEN A MONTH THAT I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH YOUR **** SERVICE!!!! I WANT TO KNOW IF I'LL BE REIMBURSED FOR ALL THE CASH I'VE WASTED WHILE YOU ****ED AROUND AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO SORT OUT MY INTERNET!!!
