Over 1 month late on installation and NO ONE KNOWS WHEN WE WILL BE LIVE!!!!???

SADV have recently installed fibre in our complex in Dowerglen, but they have not completed the installation. They were supposed to go live at the end of May 2018, and we are almost in the middle of July with no indication as to when installation will be complete!

I have called the call centre numerous times only to be met with excuse after excuse ranging from "Oh, everyone is in a meeting" to "let me find out and call you back" the call never comes...

I spoke to Elizabeth last week and this morning regarding this issue, as well as many other call centre agents before her, and have not received 1 single clear reason as to why they are late in going live OR even when they expect to go live!?

Is everyone working there on a break or in a f***ing meeting?? Is this the kind of service we can expect from SADV when we haven't even got internet yet!!!??

Disgraceful!!
