One Week Without Internet Connection

It’s been a week now that I’ve been complaining about my Wi-Fi not working. It seems like they’re not taking me seriously. I’ve been reporting this issue since Monday, and all they say is that it has been escalated, with no way forward.

Today marks one week without the service I paid for. I have to buy data every day just so I can work, even though I’ve already paid for my service. I’m very disappointed... I just want to cancel.
