Offline

I have been struggling with the internet connection each day it goes offline with no assist from your company I called spending more than 30 mins holding. Every day when called the support, different responses. The router was delivered after several attempts numerous calls, there is still no connection, and now the technician will come. I work at home now. I can't work since last week.
