Not happy no help no communication

It's been a painfull and frustrating experience to deal with with 2 people at the company.......they do not respond to emails call bank or get anything done....over 100 emails and no answers or anything being resolved.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET FLORENCE AND THABO TO RESPOND TO EMAILS AND DO WHAT WAS PROMISED

That's another lie.........the service the worst ever.


Both lines have been realised.....one is running with you and great thanks after a huge struggle.......the second line a problem.......I want it done today no more delays

Plus with regarding to the Takealot vouchers as per email confirmation from your sales manager Thabo it will be send on activation, I have send Thabo 15 emails asking about this with no no no response

Hi Wietz

Florence is working on the second line to be activated and she will provide feedback
The line is still not released on the Vumatel side, we are unable to activate your line when there is another line activated
All the required documents were sent through, and Florence is following up on that, as soon as it is done she will activate the line

With regards to the voucher , as per my previous communication, Thabo is working on it and he will definitely call you
