Not a happy client😩

I’m not happy with the service that I have received from SADV.I have been struggling to get my refund for the past 4 months from you this guys.Three weeks back I send emails regarding my refund I did not receive any respond from them and I also send countless Whatzup still no one is able to assist from the so called router agent.My query land on deaf ears all the router agent will say your account is at the Financial Department and we a sorry for the inconvenience.How possible it is that a refund can stay in a that department for 4months and I was told that it’s takes 7-21 working days for refund.
