Non existing support from SADV

I signed up with SADV directly for a Fibre Line. I already have a fiber line at my premises because of a previous installation. The sale was done through an agent with the name of Kgosi, and compliments to him for doing a proper job. I wish I can say the same about the support team. My router was delivered but the issue is trying to get someone to assist me to set up my router etc to access the internet. I have called several times now. Every time I get to the front of the queue or second in the queue just to be cut off. I phone again then have to be back of the queue again. Really, I am regretting signing up with SADV. Your support is really poor.

Firstly your information is incorrect. My name is not Andre.

Secondly, No voicemails. So you most probably have me confused with someone else.

Thirdly I have spoken to several Technical department people.

Now, what is mind-boggling, is the fact that for two days after several calls you guys cant connect me to the internet. Excuses are pointing to the accounts department, network engineers, faulty Tp Link Router, Tp-Link software router. It seems that nobody is knowing what the hell is going. So CANCEL MY services with SADV. Send me the details and where I can send back the TP-Link Router. I will rather engage with your competitors for a Fibre line seeing that they have better working departments. But for heaven sake, my only compliment to SADV is that you are the most *********** service provider.

So since 29 July 2021, you could not manage to connect me. This is now after numerous phone calls and holding on to speak to an agent which took forever. I came to the conclusion to cancel my Fibre request. The last straw was this morning to try for one last time to get the matter resolved but when I phoned and again the amount of time I have to spend just to speak to someone I realized that this is not going to work for me. One gets the impression that there is only one line for all the departments if there are any. In a tough business environment in this day and age Customer Service is key coupled with getting matters resolved. Your ship is going to sink amongst your competitors who are better than you in this regard. To conclude I have emailed and requested to cancel my Fibre request and need someone from your accounts department to contact me to confirm that the debit order mandate is cancelled. Also, I need to return your TP-Link Router. So please send me the return details in order to do so.
