no support during pandemic

As essential workers during the covid19 lockdown, you are warriors on the front line of the battle against covid19.

Whilst you may not be doctors or nurses, you have an equal responsibility in the war as they do.

The difference is the description of your task. Whilst theirs is to save the lives of the infected, yours is, in an age of technology to keep the lines of communication up and running, so that those that can, can work from home, yet still aid in keeping the economy running. So that those that can't, can be carried in their time of need.

However a chain is only as strong as the weakest link, and right now, yours and your sister company Vumatel are the weakest links. Unless each and every one of your employees realise the importance of their role in these difficult times, you have failed your country, your economy, your clients, and your self.

Hi, Karen
My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. I noticed that the Vuma teams were assisting you and trust that this matter was resolved.

Best regards,

An insincere apology is more insulting than no apology at all. Your commitment to customer service is nothing less than revolting. If any other service provider offered fibre in the area, I can assure you I would leave, along with half the neighbourhood. The only way you hold your clientele is by holding the monopoly. If I could give a minus star rating, I would have. Not only is your service disgusting you are ***** as well. It took me complaining on every social media platform and stalking your CEO on Linkedin, purchasing a premium package and sending him a private message. Then telling your support, that this was my intention before anyone helped. Not even your obnoxious area manager, whom I sent a what's app message to, that I only got blue ticked and totally ignored. After all this, ifnally, it was SADV that sorted the issue, not Vumatel they came a day after it was sorted. Show some professionalism, at least get your story correct.
