No stars to be given... CLOSE YOUR DOORS. SA REALLY DONT NEED MORE NEGATIVITY.

This is the 1st ever I feel that a business does not need even the 1 star that is given. This lot can close their doors as they are useless. We have been without internet all weekend after logging a call on Friday, just to be told Monday morning when accounts opened (Note it seems no one weeks on a week at this company. If they do they work remotely and drop your call as soon as it is answered) thet as on CAP and had no data. I then topped up and asked for the line to be put on Uncapped. I am still waiting as this is now Tuesday afternoon. I do not have internet and have work to do. Over the weekend I have been calling and calling and spent over R150 airtime calling these weak links. I have no works for the bad service. You leave a voice note for them to call back, no one call you back. They let you hold for minutes on end after they take your ticket nr.

I am fed up with SADV and their lack of service and providing a proper product. Such bad and unprofessional service from their office staff and technicians. They laughing and having a big fat jol in the background when you finally speak to an agent. You can create endless tickets and these tickets do not get attended to or ever closed.

So rather close your doors.
