No Internet

I'm having endless problems with the network service. If it's not buffering, I lose connectivity at all. with n explanation but payments are deducted on time.

I'm working remotely, for almost a week my laptop couldn't connect. it shows connected and secured, but no internet, I've been qrying it whole weekend, their lines supposed to be 24/7 but no response. now I'm getting messages incorrect password & disabled. How am I supposed to work?
