No customer service

This company does not have customer service. They claim to have 24/7 customer care and that is bogus. They are pretty much *****ing from customers by reducing the internet speed every day after 7 pm to less than 10mbps for R879. If you work from home/ looking for a business data plan deal, save yourself the unnecessary stress and look elsewhere.
