No connection after payment for vuma

They are ****mers under Vuma. I've paid connection fee on Tuesday last week. With a ref they gave me. Up until today they keep telling me that they will connect me within 48hrs. Or an agent will help me. Nothing is happening. No way to contact them except whatsapp. ****mers of note.
