No communicationa after contract

I signed a contract on the 10th of February. The email that came with the contract says "we strive to complete all installations within a 2 week period and will be in touch shortly to schedule your installation". It is 2 weeks on Monday and I don't even have an order or reference number. Fibre was installed by SADV and chose them as my ISP as well.
