Nightmare customer experience with an ISP.
The worst service ever. How this company is in business is an absolute mystery, but considering you can'y get hold of anyone perhaps they're hoping that people will just give up and keep paying. This is a rare occasion where I feel like it is my responsibility to warn other people before they sign up. PLEASE DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS ISP!

01 Sept 2021, 07:50Morning Tumi,
No you are incorrect. After nearly 5 hours on the phone with SADV my service is still not restored and I am still unable to do my job from home. This is after SADV terminates my service without warning after removing my debit order details from the system.
Not even the staff at SADV with access to the systems are able to tell me when my wifi is active.
So this morning I am back on the phone again.
This is an absolute joke.

01 Sept 2021, 08:08And what a surprise, 29 minutes holding and supposedly "first in line" only to be bumped to the back of the queue.
That's over 300 minutes of wasted time dealing with this useless operation called SADV.
