network issues and bad customer service

I am writing to express my disappoint of the service rendered by vumatel. Been a client for 4 years now but recently been experiencing network issues and i have tried to use their whatsapp platform to get assistance on the 29/07/2025 till date no one has been in contact with me to advise what could be the issue. I must say their whatsapp platform is useless and I dont remember ever getting assistance from them , I mean no assistance at all. The debit order day they never forget to debit but when I need assistance , one doesnt get help, so what kind of service are they rendering exactly to me as their customer as I use it for work purposes , my daughter for school work.

I will never ever recommend anyone to use their services as it is very bad and extremely poor
