My internet connection has been cut off since the 09/10/2025 till to date

My internet connection has been cut off since the 09/10/2025 till to date. I have been sent from pillar to post in regards with whenni will be connected. I have sent proof of payments via debit order only to be told after 11 days that mt account is active with WEB AFRICA. Still jo feedback when will i be reconnected.
