Move Device to new premises. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Horrible service. Held for more than 1 hours in total and the call just gets dropped. All I wanted to do is have the device moved to my new home and they can't respond to email calls or whatsapp. I am considering to even cancel the service for the bad customer service they provided. I need to be contacted immediately.
