Most pathetic Fibre SP ever

I signed up for fibre WiFi on Friday. I had to make an immediate payment for the first month before the modem and router was installed, which I did. The installation was booked for Monday morning. Nothing happened. Today is Tuesday, I am still waiting. I tried getting hold of them on Whatsapp. I asked for somebody to call me, because they do not have a number where you can call them. They refuse to call me. I told on Whatsapp that I was booked for today between 2 & 4, still waiting and still no call received. This is the most pathetic service ever.
