Most horrific service!!

I have had the worst experience with this company. Since inception, the onboarding process is horrific! Took 8 months to get the fibre line installed! Over 2 weeks for a connection after that. Then you billed me for a free installation and router. I am still waiting for a refund 2 months later. Also instead of taking the amount due from the credit on my account you debited my account again! The amount due for refund is calculated incorrectly by robbing me of what is actually due. And the Accounts agents advised it will not be recalculated. I am now without internet over the weekend and your agents seem so relaxed about it like its a norm for peoples internet to off over weekends. Its the most horrific service I have received from any company!
