I am struggling for the past year with connection and SADV and Vumatel just dont want to help, they dont even phone or answers any mail but I have to pay for a service that I dont receive, I cant change to another provider as they are the ISP in the complex, I have to work from home but are limited my kids needs to study but SADV blocking them to do so. The are taking my kids right to education away by not providing us with the service that we are paying for, if I phone they say they will escalade the issue, but it seems the person that they escalade it to does not work their anymore as the never return call, they have merge with Vumatel and they are the same
