Missing in action
I simply cannot believe these guys are in business. I have been calling and mailing the contact center, the ISP, the guys who did the installation and they provide zero feedback. Call SADV.....they refer you to Vodacom, call Vodacom, they refer you to SADV. What an absolute Mickey Mouse operation. SADV is NOT a professional outfit. Biggest mistake I have made in a very very long time. Stay Away!!!

12 Aug 2019, 10:13Good day Renier, we are terribly sorry that we have let you down. Unfortunately, your review did not pull through to our main page until we noticed 2 different pages of reviews. However, we have checked the tickets and our team has confirmed that your connection is up and running on our side. Unfortunately, we cannot log into your Vodacom device or see why it is not connecting, we can only log into our device and see if there is a connection from the fibre, see if the fibre is reading optimal levels and if we can pick up the Vodacom device. From our side, as explained by Sello, is up and running. So unfortunately, Vodacom will need to investigate on their side.
