i paid this company for wifi on the 2nd of July 2024 and waited till the 23rd of July 2024 when eventually decided to ask for a refund as i was not assisted with a router and no technician came to install. i was requested to provide documents for them to fulfill the refund and all of the requested docs were sent on the same day and there was acknowledgement received on my side that all the requested documents were received. i continuously used their whatsapp line to request an update and i was told it takes up to 21 days, i have been the one trying to reach out in request of my own money using own money to purchase Data to correspond with them.

i am still waiting for my R400 from SADV - Affordable Internet
