I am so angry as I type this review. In December the 18th of 2023 I ordered a vuma fibre via SADV and as we all know they need to check coverage before they come to install it. I gave them my address and they confirmed that it's coverage for vuma fibre fast forward the installers came and installed it doubtfully and I asked a thousand times if it will work and doubtfully they said yes. Since then I've never been able to use the fibre I had to get a different company to install theirs which is perfectly working. I asked to be refunded and I've never had so much back and forths to get my money back till this day. I am so much angry and will never recommend their services to anyone. As for my money I want it back and I'll do all it takes to get it back.
