Lazy agent of SADV and Vumatel

Hi everyone...last year Sept 2011... vumatel and sadv are one...they work together they installed fibre lines in Delft. Secondly they had a promo...for all newbies to pay 19 rand for connection right? Everyone thought well that is a great bargain let's do this...and WiFi was there...then this year at the beginning I manage to not paying it because I don't work at all and I told them..so I decided the 9th of dec 2023...I spoke to one of the agents on the WhatsApp portal they have...and he gave me a link to pay my WiFi for reconnection...first he told me I don't exist anymore and my box is not working anymore....then send me the link and I paid the 399...awaiting upon today for this disgusting service provider which is Sadv...and everyday is a diff stupid agent that speaks to u and u need to explain over and over the same **** thing like u mad...just to tell you it's a escalation and I need to wait 72 hours...it's the dam 28th already no luck...if it's not lock down then it's no services where I stay but everyone's WiFi is working maybe it only rains on my side and sunshine on the others...this is getting out of hand now and would like everyone to know this is a bull**** ISP ....even request such alot of documents for nothing...no man...this is our personal details going to all agents and pple is crazy out here...now they don't know where the 399 went...to which payfast and all of this...and I have a child that is disable and this WiFi works man because it keeps him content. But only God knows what I will do to this pple....I will never recommend anyone to this shibbit pple really I just wish they can cancel my service with them...because they don't even wana do that also...lazy goed.
