Lack of Service - Unresolved Query

I have not had internet since around the 23rd of March 2022.

I was Debited on the 1st of April 2022 and still do not have internet till this day.

My main concern is the lack of service i have been getting. I have been calling for almost 2 weeks trying to get internet so which i have paid for.
