Just don't even bother with SADV

The worst ISP I ever used! First you double bill us, then you decided to conveniently lose all of our account info so that when you stopped with the debit order, we could no longer get a reference number to pay you guys for the missing debit order months. Now due the missing payments we no longer have internet and because you lost our account info, you guys keep telling us that you're not our ISP, I think some bank statements would beg to differ.
