Issues with payment

I’ve been trying to pay but since the 1st, payment isn’t going through. It’s an error on their side, every day I follow up and I’m told there’s nothing they can do, no feedback. I’m very frustrated by Vuma and SADV Wouldn’t recommend, horrible agents too
