ISP cancelation

I've been trying to cancel this ISP since days back and given promises that it will be sorted on time, the worst boring part they are use WhatsApp platform you'll have to wait for 2 hrs for an agent to assist you. I want to cancel that ISP with immediate effect, poor service at it's highest level.
