Internet Service Provider

I have dealt with bad service but SADV-Vuma have taken it to a new level.. my network has been down since Sunday and all my efforts to get assistance have yielded no results...emails are automated ,the myacc page does not work, all the calls I have made I had to hold for over 30min and never got any help and the messages for call back are not attended.

This is the worst service ever and I advice to find a new service provider because this lacks any reasonable explanation..SADV you have really let me down.
