Internet not working, call center not responding to our calls

Our internet is off and we log the call #SA151305 but since we need to use it to work we tried calling them to be able to fix it as soon as possible we've been caller number 6 for 15 minutes now we used our all of our calling minutes. This is unacceptable. There is no way you can be caller number 6 this long unless you have 1 person answering your call center. Kindly improve your call center. Please note that we work remotely this days. Kindly deal with this problem promptly
