INTERNET NOT RESTORED AFTER PAYMENT.

They do not have a number to call . Their whatsapp says the are now 24hrs, I logged a call on the 02 April 2024 at 16h35, it is now 03 April 20214 9h16, I have not received any response. I have two accounts with them , paid with a debit card for one and got an error when i was trying to pay another one. on the 01 April 2024 they sent me an sms to use with easy pay reference to pay , I paid at Ackermans connect o the 02 April 2024 and my internet was not restored on the other router. I logged a call an hour after I paid in store. on the 03 April 2024 at 06h03 i received an sms with a different easy pay reference to make a payment. I need this matter resolve today.
