Internet down more than half the time

My internet goes down roughly 4 times a day, and doesn’t connect for a couple hours. If you’d like your internet for 20% of the month then this is the perfect service. Pretty useless service and not sure how this business it actually still up and running with other seemingly much better options available. Don’t expect any reply to support messages or support through the call centre.
