1. Log tickets that never get answered 2. Call them and have to hold for the minimum of 50min if you are lucky and dont get cut off. Once was on the line 2.5 HOURS to get through 3. Requested a new router and they delivered the wrong one 4. If your internet goes down over a weekend it is impossible to get anyone to help you reset your router.
