INFINIFI the ****tiest Fibre connection I have ever come accross!!!

I have been using Infini-Fi. They have messed up my account. They have suspended my account and I make payment. I then requested to change my payment date and it was not honored my account got terminated again mid month. I spoke to Paul and he helped me reconnect my services and now it was suspended again, I sent them POP but they still feel my account is owing. The staff is rude and when I asked to speak to a team leader I was told that I will get a call back in 10 minutes and Paul would call me. I have been waiting and when I followed up two ours later I have been advised that Paul knocked off and that he will call me another time maybe tomorrow. after asking the agents name he just closed off the chat and basically told me to F off. guys do yourself a favor and do not get that low class WIFI service. they are the worst and do not care about the customer. I am in awe of how rude they are.
