INCOMPLETE INSTALLATION

i was signed up and paid. the installation guys came mounted the router inside the house and then didnt connect the cables outside, because they say its blocked (no Idea what they aretalking about} advised to wait for maintenance....cant contact them they are not replying to my emails , call not going through VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED
