INCOMPITENT AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This company is the only fiber provider in my complex. I have been trying to get them to come and install my internet for nearly two months!!!! I still have no internet and every attempt I make gets ignored! Only after hounding them several times will someone pretend to take an interest and then they will make excuses, give you the run around and still not deliver any kind of service or product! It is disgusting! I am more than likely going to lose my job since my boss is tired of waiting for me to let her know when I can start and my job completely relies on internet. I have tried explaining to them that by them not installing the internet in the last two months is costing me my job and they STILL don't care! Now they just ignore my phone calls! It is disgusting! Avoid using this company at all costs! I have no choice but to use them and now I may not have a job due to their incompetence, so if you have a choice and you can use someone else, USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! One would think customer service would be a priority! DISUSING!
