***********, Poor Customer Service, Unhelpful, False promises, Nothing is true. This ISP should not exist. Its the pits

I am out of words really. Very frustrating ISP. You hardly get to them on call. They promise to call back and never does. I dont have login details for my account. I wanted to make a payment only to get a message that they were coming to install what has been installed. I dont know whats gonna happen if they will fix this mess before my wifi goes off or not. Very ***********. I would rather go for home connect or Mweb. This SADV is the pits dont go for it. You will regret it especially when you are working from home. 1 star is for their internet speed which works very very well but getting through to them is a problem.
