INCOMPETENCE

Incompetence I've been trying get contact SADV ISP to sort out the network failure since 12am MIDNIGHT. They keep me waiting for hours but no response. I send an email to one of SADV lady to assist on this matter, she referred me back to iSP ignoring the fact that I was on hold for hours on the calls waiting for their response. I rep**** with a second email but no response now. INCOMPETENCE no customer proper service.
