Immediate connection in future

For 20 days have been trying to change my payment details, they said I must got to the website and did so but came the 26 January 2023 the payment did not go woke up this morning no wifi, I called and kept on hold for more than 30 minutes and the called dropped and I called again after holding for 10 minutes my call was dropped again, in the midst of those calls I was busy on their WhatsApp as well for 2 hours since 8am - 10am then they sent me the pay fast link to pay, I paid now am waiting for them to reconnect me it's 12 noon now still not connected, then the WhatsApp line tells me to wait for 48-72 hours what nonsense is that am so frustrated
