If possible stay far far away

I have had problem after problem with this provider, unfortunately the complex I live in only supports this supplier. Every time it rains the internet doesn't work for days until a technician can come and replaced something the router. The technician on all occasions is late by hours after a time is scheduled. And time hours to figure out what the problem is only for it to stop working when the wind blows. There is no proper support after hours or weekends apart from have you turned it off and on again. I really wish I had another option, especially for the amount of money paid for this "service".
