I paid for an installation on the 5th of April 2024 and was promised that my wifi would be installed within a week,it's now the 3rd of June 2024 and stil no installation has been done with no proper communication from the company

I paid for an installation on the 5th of April 2024 and was promised that my wifi would be installed within a week,it's now the 3rd of June 2024 and stil no installation has been done with no proper communication from the company.I have taken an initiative to contact them and cancel so I can proceed to another wifi network but instead of canceling and refunding they are giving one excuse after the other that the cancelation wil instead take longer than expected. I feel used by Sadv and very much dissapointed with their service and I would like to have it cancelled with immediate effect,I have kids who are at school and constantly need wifi connection because of school work,hello Peter please assist me in getting my money back as I have been patient for far too long now
