I paid but I don’t have internet connection

SADV ISP THE WORSTE KIND I have Signed up with a ISP which uses Vumatel as their host or should I say there connection. I have found that none of them will take responsibility for doing anything. This is like asking one drunk to ask the other to give me directions. SADV is the worste ISP I have ever come across they ate utterly useless no response . I have been made to make an immediate payment for a ..worse part is they telling me that they can see my payment. You have to wait hours for them to respond When they respond they don’t come up with a solution…. I would never recommend Vuma to anyone
