I can't get any work done because Vumatel/SADV has gone AWOL😭

I am soo disappointed at them Vumatel/SADV ☹️I have not had internet connection since the 14th of December and I thought maybe I will just need to pay earlier but that was not the case as I paid and still received notifications to pay but internet connection is still not on. I was in EC and now I'm back and unable to get work done because my Fibre is not working and the WhatsApp is useless as there is zero response, I tried calling the phone does not go through. The only response I got was via Email but even so I have been waiting to receive a call from them since.
