I am very disappointed!!!

We have app**** for a Wifi unit and service the first week in January we still have heard nothing in regards to installation nor delivery, rather disappointed with lack of communication and means with which to contact you, to receive updates, as all emails have been no-reply emails.

UPDATE: I am very disappointed!!! WE were PROMISED installation yesterday and nothing happened this is the worst service I have ever received from a company and the fact that no effort has been made to rectify the problem is shocking!!

We requested advise as to the progress and to a possible solution to this rather frustrating situation, we need Wifi to be able to conduct business and it is hindering us greatly and causing sever inconvenience. BUT no reply.
