How many people does it take to install fibre?!

I contacted these people to install WiFi in my house and the level of incompetence is something that is absolutely unbelievable to me. They came over to test the lines for DsTV and Fibre, told me everything was OK... apparently tested it and gave me a thumbs up. I then contract my Fibre provider and when they come to install, they tell me SADV didn't install some black ONT box or whatever... SADV comes to install the ****** box and their agent now says no, my fibre line isn't active!! What sort of reports and testing are they doing and how many people does it take to install a simple WiFi line when my entire estate is fibre enabled by you guys?! Turns out, that due to this utter incompetence, it will now take 5 people to install WiFi into my home for a fibre compatible estate!! INSANITY!

Hi Carol, firstly, we would like to apologize for the miscommunication on this installation and the numerous people being in contact with you. Unfortunately, we have our office based teams that do the booking, then we have our technicians that go out to install devices. However, if there is a fibre issue, we then book our subcontractors out to rectify the network. We have been informed that our team will be on site tomorrow at 12pm to resolve the issue and get your up and running. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with - ***.
