Horrific service
Initial service was great. Since then it has deteriorated. Try and phone them??? I was called number 4 for about 20 minutes I was then called number 3 for about 2 minutes before been cut off. They rope you into a 2 year contract of which one year has passed. There is never any feedback to your queries. I am terribly disappointed.

06 Feb 2020, 08:53Hi Steve, we are sorry to hear that you have had issues contracting us to sort out any problems you have experienced. Please note that you can email our team - support @ sadv. co. za and you will get given a ticket number and a follow-up response. Unfortunately, we cannot locate any order under your name, so we cannot escalate this to management yet. If you provide with the order details, we can have somebody assist you. Lastly, please note that our FTTH services (with SADV ISP) are an initial three months contract and after that, they revert to a month-to-month contract. We do not have one or two year contracts. However, this is solely for SADV ISP, if you are with an Open Access ISP on our network, then the contract signed, is between you and them.
