Horrible timelines
This company is the works, I placed an order almost a month ago, the sad thing is I'm in an apartment complex managed by SADV and trying to get them to come install a small black box so that I can my fibre connected is just a SAD joke. Their open access policy is just a big joke

We did have our installation shutdown from the thirteenth of December until the thirteenth of January and contacting of customers who placed their order in that time period / the week of the shutdown, will be contacted this week and next week. Please private reply to us with the name and surname the order was placed under as well as the address and we will escalate the issue for you.
