Horrible service, worse than any other I have experienced

I really dislike this company. They took over the whole building and now we don't have internet for weeks.We are not allowed to use a differen4 service provider. I cannot reach them via phone for my own internet. Don't take this company if you don't have to. Telkom might not be perfect but I NEVER had these types of issues with them. Worst is, you can't reach them for anything but if they need something from you, they are able to contact you 20 times in a row. Don't ever use them.
