Horrible service from sadv

Complete and utter pathetic company. Spoke to someone yesterday who explained what I needed to do, then contacted them again and now they say that they can't do what was explained to me. Not only are they incapacitating my families household with finances on data so that we may be connected to the internet, they also are holding us "hostage," with their inability to contact vumatel and ask them to drop the line.
