Horrible service

If there was zero rating or a minus I'd give them. They don't respond to my emails. They have somany outages. Their whatsapp line is always non responsive. They will keep you waiting. No correspondence in terms of outages. This is the worst ever. I'm working and if I have no signal I'm not getting paid I pay them on time but they give ********** service. I need one lady called Chantel apparently she's the most helpful. Please I need to know what's happening I cannot work will they give me my 2days worth of salary
